Freelensing Circle December

December 30, 2014  •  7 Comments

The Wood is shining this morning.

Red. Gold and green. The leaves

Lie on the ground, or fall,

Or hang full of light in the air still.

Perfect in its rise and in its fall, it takes

The place it has been coming to forever.

It has not hastened here, or lagged.

See how surely it has sought itself,

Its roots passing lordly through the earth.

See how without confusion it is

All that it is, and how flawless

Its grace is.  Running or walking, the way

Is the same.  Be still.  Be still.

You are unstoppable. Another breathtaking post. That first image stopped me. I love the way you capture the sky. And that image of your daughter laughing might be one of my favorites of yours. ever.

These are absolutely gorgeous. Like, wall-hanging, art gallery amazing. You are inspiring me to push the limits in 2015!

I love this contemplative set Melissa, all of them are breathtaking, such simple compositions but I love it that way, especially with freelensing. The reflections on the ice and water are so beautiful.
